AXIS Bank Ltd FASTag

Axis Bank’s FASTag is a next-gen RFID tag that enables automatic toll payments for vehicles travelling on national and state highways throughout India. The FASTag is tied to a prepaid account, so vehicles can be driven through toll plazas without stopping, further reducing travel duration, fuel usage, and congestion while travelling. 

The bank’s approach to making FASTags available is easy—digital and physical— on its website, more than 4,000 branches in India, and select toll plazas. Once registered, customers have control over their FASTags through Axis Mobile or a dedicated online FASTag portal. Within this portal, customers will be able to view account statements, recharge their balances, establish auto-submit settings, and receive additional features like SMS notifications when they use the tolls and other engagement options with Axis Bank support. Like Axis Bank’s large branch distribution, its digital ecosystem is well-built and highly integrated to ensure customers and fleet owners can use the FASTag in a flow-free manner.
