Bank of Baroda FASTag

Bank of Baroda, a prominent public-sector bank in India, has joined the NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection) scheme and is offering the FASTag service. The Bank of Baroda FASTag is an RFID-enabled rechargeable tag that allows vehicles to pass through toll plazas without stopping, with toll charges automatically debited from a prepaid account connected to the FASTag.

Customers can apply for the FASTag via either the official Bank of Baroda website or at any designated Bank of Baroda branch. Once the user has been issued their FASTag, the tag can be managed via the dedicated online self-care portal. The self-care management portal allows users to top up their balance when low, review their transaction history, and update KYC where necessary. Users can also manage their FASTag account via real-time SMS alert for every toll debit made upon passing through a toll plaza,

Other recharge options available to process their recharge online include Internet banking and UPI (debit card and credit card will also be included as a recharge option).
