Federal Bank FASTag

Through a Federal Bank FASTag, users can make instant and contactless toll payments as part of the NETC program using an RFID. It is linked to a prepaid account and is attached to the windscreen of a vehicle allowing users to pass tolls without cash. The tag will automatically deduct the toll amount while the vehicle travels through the toll plazas. Users are able to buy and manage FASTags at FedMobile, the NETC portal, and dedicated service points. 

The FASTag app allows users to recharge their account by UPI, BBPS or the banking channel. It also makes sure to send the users an instant message when a toll is deducted from their account, including for low balances. It has a validity of 5 years and allows tracking on a centralized basis; it also has digital self-service portals for minimal environmental impact. In summary the Federal Bank FASTag provides users, including individual drivers, and fleet managers with a secure and contactless method of travelling and paying tolls on national highways.
